E-Consent (Electronic Communications Consent)

This E-Consent describes the terms under which you agree to receive disclosures and communications from sunrisefinace.com and any matched lender electronically, in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN Act", 15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq.).
1. Scope of consent
By checking the E-Consent box on the loan request form, you agree to receive any and all disclosures, agreements, notices, and other communications from sunrisefinace.com and any matched lender ("Communications") in electronic form. This includes any disclosure required by the Truth in Lending Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and state laws, as well as account-servicing notices, marketing messages (subject to your separate TCPA consent), and any other communication related to your loan request or any resulting loan.
2. Right to receive paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any Communication by sending a written request to sunrisefinace.com, 304 S. Jones Blvd #5187, Las Vegas, NV 89107, or by email to info@sunrisefinace.com with the subject line "Paper Copy Request". We do not charge a fee for paper copies. The applicable lender's policy on paper copies and fees is set by that lender.
3. Right to withdraw consent
You may withdraw consent to receive Communications electronically at any time by emailing info@sunrisefinace.com with the subject line "Withdraw E-Consent". Withdrawal of consent is prospective only and does not affect the legal validity or enforceability of Communications already provided electronically. Withdrawal of consent may result in termination of your loan request or of any pending loan offer.
4. How to update your contact information
To update the email address, phone number, or mailing address you provided, email info@sunrisefinace.com with the subject line "Update Contact Information" and the new information.
5. Hardware and software requirements
To access and retain Communications electronically, you must have:
- A device with internet access (computer, tablet, or modern smartphone).
- A current version of a major browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) with cookies and JavaScript enabled and TLS 1.2 or higher supported.
- A valid email address that you check regularly.
- The ability to view and save PDF files (Adobe Acrobat Reader, the built-in PDF viewer in a modern browser, or an equivalent application).
- Sufficient storage to save Communications you wish to retain, or a printer to print them.
By providing your e-consent, you confirm that you have the hardware and software described above and that you will inform us if any of this changes.
