How It Works
Effective date: 2026-05-17
sunrisefinace.com is a loan request and lead-generation service. We are not a lender. We connect consumers who want to request a short-term or small-dollar loan with lenders and lending partners in our network. The process is:
Step 1. Submit your loan request
On the homepage you complete a single short form. The form asks for the loan amount you want to request, your ZIP code, your contact details, and, on the lender's portion of the form, your income, employment, and bank routing information. The data is transmitted over Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption.
Before you submit, you must check three consent boxes: the TCPA consent for marketing and account-servicing contact, the credit authorization, and the E-Consent acknowledgement. All three boxes are unchecked by default; you have to actively opt in.
Step 2. We forward your request to lenders
We route your request to one or more participating lenders or lending partners in our network for their consideration. We do not approve or deny requests; lenders make their own underwriting decisions. We do not present every lender in the market. We are compensated by lenders when we connect them with consumers, and that compensation may influence which lenders see your request and in what order. See our Advertising Disclosure for full detail.
Step 3. The lender, not sunrisefinace.com, decides
If a lender is interested, you are connected with that lender to review their offer. You are not obligated to accept any offer. If you accept, the lender provides their Truth in Lending Act disclosure with the APR, fees, and repayment terms. Read it carefully. Compare it to any other offer you have received and to alternatives such as credit-union small-dollar loans or employer hardship programs.
Step 4. If you accept, the lender funds the loan
If a lender approves your request and you accept their offer, the lender deposits the funds directly into the bank account you provided on the form. Funding timing is set by the lender and your bank. sunrisefinace.com does not deposit funds and does not control funding timing.
What we do not do
- We do not lend money.
- We do not approve or deny loan requests.
- We do not set interest rates, fees, repayment terms, or funding times.
- We do not guarantee that a presented lender offers the best rate or terms.
